Karate for Kids - Games, Drills and Self-Defence Techniques with Renshi Jan Lopez
- Two sessions packed with interactive drills and games that make learning fun while equipping your child with essential self-defence skills. Suitable for children aged 5-12.
Kata Empi and Tournament Kumite with Sensei Ashley Fleming
- Mastering Kata Empi: This session will deepen your understanding and enhance your form and performance of Kata Empi, introduced at 2nd kyu.
- Tournament Kumite: This session will offer advanced Kumite tactics to help you achieve competitive success. Perfect for preparing for the World Cup!
Cost: $15 AUD (approx NZ$16 / £8) or FREE for GKR Online Members!
Within a week of the Seminar, all sessions will be available in your GKR Online Library, so you can access them anytime and catch up on sessions you missed.
