Training more frequently is the best way to develop better technique, physical strength, speed, coordination and especially endurance.
The less time you have between training sessions the sooner you will develop the correct muscle memory for a technique or kata.
Our premium members are invited to attend as many live classes as possible!
Yes, our premium members who attend our live online classes will be able to progress through gradings/belt levels just like in person training.
Strict grading criteria will apply, including pre grading assessment classes to ensure the integrity and credibility of the grades awarded is of the highest level.
For our on-demand classes, its important to wear comfortable casual clothes with plenty of room to move. whilst others like wearing a gi (karate uniform) for that authentic training feel.
For premium members attending live classes, casual clothes are also ideal to begin with, however a karate uniform would be recommended as you progress through your training/first grading.
To get started, all you need is an internet connection and a device to watch on, its that easy!
All live classes can be accessed via your web browser from the Studio in your Dashboard. Pre-recorded content is available in your Library. There is no need for any additional software.
You would be surprised how little space you need! All our videos are designed to be able to be performed within a standard-sized room. If you have a clear space of a metre or so on either side of you, you have enough space to get started!
